We're looking forward to hiring a entry-level Regional Sales Manager to join our Learn & Earn Program. We train, mentor, and empower fresh talent to become high-performing digital marketing professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for regional markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales executives, ensuring team success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing the full sales cycle.

While this is a full-time program requiring atleast 7-9hrs/day commitment, 6 days a week, with full time and location flexibility, where we'll train you absolutely no cost at your end. And allocate you real-world projects to implement practically. While the on-site opportunities require you to be in Mumbai, Remote opportunity is for entry-level candidates anywhere based off India, If you have a Remote/Onsite Opportunity we give you the option to choose between either of them based on your location and convenience. This role is ideal for individuals who have worked in B2B/B2C sales, built client relationships, and are eager to scale their expertise in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
