I have about 17+ years of Recruitment, Talent Operations, and Leadership experience. I've sourced, recruited, and hired talent and trained other Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to do the same.
In all my years of experience, I learned that Career Coaching can be quite expensive and inaccessible for many, that not everyone has the privilege to have access to the information you need to succeed in an interview process... and that sometimes, you really need an external, neutral friend sharing feedback, resources, and tips with you.
