As a Executive leadership coach, I am a ICF Credentialed MCC who bring 24+ years of IT experience from corporate industry working for various MNC clients like JCPenney, Amex, Infosys, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America in various Strategic and transformative leadership roles interacting with vendor partners like Accenture, Infosys, TCS and IBM in countries like India and USA. At DeeKay Excellence I partner with organizations to enable professionals to empower themselves by exploring opportunities to transform themselves to next generation or newer version of ones own strength and vision through coaching and consulting process. My personal transformation from an engineer to IT leader to Acupuncture and Yoga practitioner to healing person and now as a coach helps clients to overcome challenges, build resilience in tough times and to look for positive opportunities from crisis situations through exploration. As a healer, I believe in the power of positivity, connection with nature and universe that guides you throughout the life.
