Project in 180 – The GenAI Build Challenge is a practical, project-based workshop that focuses on execution, not theory.

This 3-hour session is structured to help you experience what it truly feels like to build a GenAI solution end-to-end. You’ll receive a real-world project statement at the start of the session, and your task will be to design and implement a functional solution within 2 hours. The final hour will be used to review, discuss, and evaluate different approaches together.

Session Format:

• First 2 Hours – Build Phase:
• You’ll get a GenAI project prompt at the start and must create a working prototype within the given time.
• You can use tools like ChatGPT, LangChain, or any AI frameworks you’re comfortable with — the goal is to complete and submit a working solution within 2 hours.

• Final 1 Hour – Review & Discussion:



• We’ll review the submitted projects, walk through different solution strategies, and discuss real-world best practices in GenAI problem-solving.
