I’m a Business Analyst turned Program Manager, Delivery Executive, and now a Transformation Leader. As a Transformation Leader customized, designed, and developed a unique framework for Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Change Management - influenced 50+ clients. I’ve worked in MBT, Satyam/TechM, and now in IBM, focusing on transformations – Agile, Product, and People. In Satyam/TechM, got the opportunity to work in Global client premises in Australia, the UK, USA. At IBM, played various strategic roles and in the last few years added value to the clients on their transformation goals. Traveled globally to have direct conversations with clients. The team size varies from a few hundred to a few thousand, so it’s clear it is a multi-million engagement. With over 23+ years of experience gained expertise in recovering troubled projects, Agile Transformations, and product-centric delivery. Got the opportunity to work with amazing leaders, and clients across 10 countries. Coached and Mentored more than 500 Leaders on EI Skills, Leadership Development, Servant Leadership My approach is People-focused, connecting them at the human level, enabling and coaching leaders, and teams to connect to the purpose (either client or their real-life purpose). Every coaching session is life coaching because we need to bring and reflect on our life experiences.
