She is an active governor of the IIA India Bangalore Chapter, a National Council member of IIA India and was also the president of the Bangalore chapter for the financial year 2020-21. She recently pivoted from a full-time corporate life to a part time role as co-head and has embarked on her journey as an Executive and Leadership Coach and Trainer. Her vision, through her coaching practice “The Evolving Way”, is to partner with the leaders, teams and individuals on their individual and collective journey to personal and professional fulfilment through mental fitness and coaching. Prior to Infosys, she was a director at Deloitte India’s Internal Audit practice, having worked previously in the UK for 15 years including as Director of Risk & Assurance at Cancer Research UK, UK’s largest NGO where she was responsible for leading the internal audit, risk management and health and safety functions. She is a regular speaker and trainer on the interpersonal and human aspects of internal audit and risk management as well as technical topics pertaining to the profession. In addition, she also speaks on topics relating to mental fitness, resilience, executive presence, self-management and leadership that have been tailored to address the increasing psychological challenges faced by professionals operating in today’s disruptive business landscape.
