You may cancel or reschedule a counselling session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. 2. If you cancel or reschedule a session less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee. 3. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, you must notify Ayuda by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. 4. Ayuda reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a counselling session in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. 5. In the event that Ayuda cancels a session, you will not be charged for that session.
