I did this by spending a lot of time on various segmentation frameworks to create targeted offers for existing customers. On acquisition side I exceeded sales target, identified drivers for improving retailer helpline, reduced time taken to add a new retailer to a distributor in payment unit and increased gross adds through trade promotion and customer engagement. I recently got certified in product-led growth, growth marketing, product analytics, experiment design, conversion rate optimization, conversion copywriting and marketing attribution & marketing mix modeling.
