The Customer Success Guy
I always thought my dream was to be a coder for a large tech giant, typing at the speed of 1000 wpm and getting a successful compile in one go! It seemed like an appropriate dream given my degree in Computer Science. I gravitated toward development positions, but I felt that something was missing. I yearned to learn more and yearned to do something different. And that's when it happened; the spark I was missing ignited when I spoke to a customer on the call. It all came as an eye-opener that I love customer interaction as much as technology.
Hi! I’m Ankit, and I am passionate about solving customer problems via modern technology.
I have spent the last several years utilizing my diverse background (A self-learned coder who developed and managed 250+ websites & apps, co-founded two ventures, and has a knack for a customer-first mindset) to meet the needs of India's rapidly growing startups. I am now settled into a challenging role as a Customer Success Enablement Lead at MoEngage.
I deeply desire to listen to different stories and connect with people. This longing has turned me into a traveler. I have traveled about 20k kms in 2022 and have been to 12 countries so far. When I'm not at work or traveling, I'm at home learning personal finance, reading books, discussing ideas, or creating a new mocktail in my kitchen (I call it a laboratory).
