I'm a Lead Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience who is eager to help both aspiring and more established Data Scientists succeed. With my experience, I can help you land a job in this current job market as well as give you the tools and guidance you need to further develop your career. I have a Computer Science Degree with a specialization in Machine Learning. Throughout my career, I have worked as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, and Data Scientist, all of which ultimately led to a position as a Lead Data Scientist (and hiring manager).  I have great insights into what companies are looking for when hiring and what ultimately gets a candidate's foot in the door. My experience leading a Data Science team has also given me first-hand experience with the challenges one faces when trying to take that next step in their Data Science career.
