In India, witnessing a startup failure rate of over 90% is disheartening. Curious to understand the reasons behind these failures, I delved deep into the startup ecosystem. Amongst a multitude of factors, I discovered that one of the primary reasons behind these failures was inadequate focus on marketing. However, it's important to note that entrepreneurs come from diverse backgrounds and not all of them possess a formal education in marketing or have pursued an MBA. I realized that the journey from starting up to making a venture profitable involves various crucial elements, including marketing, design, communications, advertising, and strategy. Motivated by this insight, We (with my wife Suranjika) founded TSD in 2021. What initially began as a boutique marketing studio soon transformed into a thriving community of early-stage entrepreneurs. Our primary mission is to facilitate their growth through the effective utilization of technology, marketing, and the power of the community. At TSD, we are dedicated to building a safe space for entrepreneurs to network, learn, and exchange references within the community, making their daily lives easier. We offer comprehensive support across different dimensions of business, including marketing, advisory, mentoring, business lead generation, and more. Our aim is to create a digital-first ecosystem that empowers entrepreneurs to navigate their daily hustle right from their mobile phones while accelerating their growth.
