1/ Entrance Test Preparation 📚

Our curriculum is designed to help you prepare for 75 out of the 120 marks in the first-round CHRIST Entrance Test.

SECTION A:

Basic Psychology (30 Marks)

Develop a strong understanding of foundational psychological concepts, theories, and applications frequently assessed in the entrance examination.

Research Aptitude (15 Marks)

Strengthen your understanding of research methods, basic statistics, research design, and scientific thinking.

Ethical Concerns (15 Marks)

Learn APA ethical principles, professional conduct, workplace ethics, and how to approach ethics-based scenarios.

SECTION B:

Human Resource Management (15 Marks)

Build conceptual clarity in recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and HR fundamentals.

Industrial & Organizational Psychology (15 Marks)

Understand workplace behaviour, motivation, leadership, organizational culture, team dynamics, employee wellbeing, and the application of psychology in organizations.

2/ Skill Assessment (SA) ✍️

Learn how to structure your responses, think analytically, and communicate your ideas effectively through practice and expert guidance.

Master frameworks to organize your thoughts quickly, deliver presentations confidently, and articulate your ideas under time constraints.

4/Personal Interview (PI) 👥

Prepare for psychology-based questions, HRDM discussions, career motivation, situational questions, and learn what interviewers are really looking for.
