4. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩(𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐬) 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 - Assist in the formation and management of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
5. 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEIB initiatives and provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes.
