As a Sr Recruiter - Tech Staffing at Google, I am on a mission to hire the best Software Engineers for Google Cloud in India. With over a decade of industry experience, I have developed a strong expertise in leadership hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and talent mapping for senior-level roles in the tech sector. In my current role, I am involved in building and managing a pipeline of SWEs for L6 and L7 positions, using social media and multiple job portals. I am also part of multiple initiatives focused on building a healthy pipeline of diverse candidates. Additionally, I train and mentor new team members to bring them up to speed. I am passionate about finding and attracting top talent for Google and helping them grow their careers. Previously, I worked at Fidelity Investments, where I was responsible for technical leadership and campus hiring, as well as formulating and implementing the talent acquisition strategy in partnership with business and staffing leaders.
