Building sales teams with a high integrity quotient and having the courage to do it the right way, all the way, all the time. Driving a high-performance business unit through transformation and growth while focusing on solving customers' customer acquisition issues. His experience in leading direct, channel & inside sales triage is spread across emerging, mid-size, and large complex business landscapes. Additionally, he is skilled in setting up world-class inside sales /digital sales business units that generate incremental revenue for the organization helping scale exponentially. Efficiently delivering strong P&L results, securing all green business audits, educating customers on Software Asset Management, and implementing compliance measures, complete his circle of influence. In his spare time, he hosts a management podcast, "Bas Talk!" and writes on various issues around the triage of organization culture, sales strategies, and people management.
