About me

Most of my experience has centered around complex Program Management, Agile Project Management, IT Delivery Management, Client Management, People Management, Technical Writing, Business Analysis, and Content Strategy, across multiple business verticals. I have worked with some of the best technology companies in the world, including Samsung Electronics (in South Korea), Oracle Corporation, Agilent Technologies, IGT Solutions, etc. I like solving tech challenges for customers. I have demonstrated experience in the implementation of global software development projects. I have experience in all aspects of product development. I am also considered a veteran in technical communications. I established the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Technical Writing practice at Interglobe Technologies. I have worked with the Oman Government and SITA to develop and deliver technical documentation suite for their proprietary risk assessment solution called Visitor Information System. I delivered the end-user documentation for Emirates Group IT's flagship cargo management solution called Skychain. As a Solution Architect for Lionbridge Korea, I acquired several work orders from large Korean conglomerates like Samsung, LG, Pantech, etc. I have a Bachelors of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Kurukshetra University and an Advanced Masters in Management of Global Enterprises from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
