My career started as an Assistant Manager at a medical transcription and e-commerce company, while also developing a preschool that grew into Glitzy Public School and Educhamps.
I progressed to Franchise Manager and then General Manager at an IT training and education software development company. I founded 'Penguin Centre for Learning,' providing high-quality, affordable education facilities and automation software for institutions.
As a master franchisee for Tally Solutions, and with franchises for IIHT and CSC Computer Education, I emphasized quality education and high revenue outputs, leading to successful ventures.
In 2011, I launched 'Edurays India,' offering IT training, hardware and networking, software, spoken English, distance education, NTT-nursery teacher training, and pre-school franchising (Educhamps). Edurays has over 435 centers, and Educhamps has more than 100 centers.
In 2016, I introduced 'Namma Kendra,' a B2B retail portal offering online services and banking facilities, now with 320 centers across Karnataka, supported by the Government of Karnataka.
I've partnered with NSDC for skill development programs, training over 13,000 students under government free training schemes.
To diversify, I founded 'Namma Karnataka Souharda Credit Co-operative Limited,' providing financial and utility services to members of all communities.
During the pandemic, I launched 'Namma Rice Bath,' a vegetarian Ready to Cook Food product.
Currently, I focus on Online UG and PG University Programs and offer education and franchise consultancy for MBBS, BTech, and MBA programs in India and abroad.
